I think you did a great job! Isn't a digital camera fun? I really enjoy mine. I also have a Rebel, but it is a lesser version than yours.
Sounds like we need to get a rebel...we have a pretty good camera with 10X optical zoom. That is the most we can do without a tripod. However, we bought a tripod, but rarely use it. We sometimes set it up at home and take pics of the birds or the moon etc. Overall, we LOVE our digital camera. I am so glad that you got one finally!!! What do you want for Christmas? Love, Mom
